Pros

- A great solution to sell. Experience Management is here to stay and you can genuinely help customers. - Great company for junior and entry-level sales reps to learn how to sell and grow in a very sales focussed culture. - Hard work and sales wins are rewarded and celebrated. - There is a high hiring bar and most staff are hired on merit and you are surrounded by lots of intelligent people. - Lots of great learning opportunities with a great learning platform and monthly company updates. - Fantastic Sydney office. The location and facilities are second to none. The view from Level 41 is spectacular! - Lunches catered for 3 days a week, and you can help yourself to lots of free snacks, breakfast, food, and drinks in the kitchen that's regularly replenished. - Great health insurance.

Cons

- Base salaries for AEs are generally lower in comparison to other big tech companies. - Very metric-driven sales approach. Be ready to work hard and make daily cold calls, regardless of what level AE you are. - A work harder approach is often adopted by managers especially if you are not achieving your quota. - A very competitive and male-dominant sales team. - Sales support resources are heavily allocated towards helping Enterprise Sales Reps close large deals, so this can be very challenging for junior reps to get access to the expertise they need to close deals. - Work-life balance needs to be improved. Working from home is generally not encouraged.
