high pay for Krakow standards, nice benefits, global product breakfasts & lunches at the office good engineering processes & procedures good dev tooling, incl. standardized AI platform, MCP servers

Cons

frequent maintenance projects with high tech debt performance reviews with hard % quotas on Misses/Meets/Exceeds obligatory on-call lots of turbulence as C-suite executives have largely been replaced in recent months
