Pros

Really good benefits, stable pay, no the best but good. Great working environment and team members

Cons

Projects might vary a lot in terms of effort, sometimes there is really bad planning and scope. Promotions and climbing the ladder takes time as usual in big companies. Admin roles could do a better job (facilities, HR)

Pros

Good benefits, salary, comp plan. Nice products despite lacking investment for local needs (ex.: WhatsApp connection).

Cons

Global and Latam Leadership doesnt know much about Brazil and have choosen to not invest aggresively in the local market but still expects agressive results. Latam leadership takes advantage of being not being seen very close from HQ to make decisions that would not necessarily follow global guidelines.
