Pros

Great pay. Great talent. Great learning opportunities. Executives are surprisingly willing and available to lean in. I've had Zig (CEO) jump on a call a number of times with me to support my customer engagements and even make trips to see clients. Brad (President of Engineering) is also incredibly generous with his time to meet with our customers.

Cons

Growing very fast. Internal processes get outdated very quickly and very broken... Incredibly frustrating to get admin stuff done. Product is great, and world class. Getting a bit too aggressive on innovation. We should focus on the foundation as well. Partner ecosystem needs work.
