      Thank you for taking time to leave a review! I agree - the company culture is one of my favorite parts of working at Qualtrics. Mostly the sense of responsibility to the culture that you see come to life across the company - we all keep it alive. Our career pathing went through an update last year, but between the auto-promote aspect of the SDR program and the record-high internal mobility in 2024, we are confident that most of our team can find their next career at Qualtrics.

      Thanks for taking time to leave a review! I think our Benefits team has worked hard to bring a great program to life - I'm glad you feel that too. Our promotion paths have absolutely evolved over the last 18 months, but we're seeing a lot of great career growth on this new path. Our percent of roles filled through internal mobility in 2024 was the highest in company history! We'll continue to see vertical mobility for folks. And it's important we all know our goal is to support career progression while maintaining a healthy organizational structure. It’s also essential for potential candidates to recognize that we prioritize this balance.
