Lack of vision among executives. The goal of being "scrappy" doesn't hold up for a large, global company. I did not feel I received career development to help me progress.

A lot of poorly designed processes meant to give developers freedom but just tend to make things more difficult. A promotion system that largely rewards overtime. A poor and cheap corporate culture. Gutless leadership that just follows other tech companies. Lots of internal tension between the conservatives in the Utah office and the liberals in the Washington office.
