Pros

- Good pay and opportunity to make a lot - Good people - Great product with fantastic innovation - Challenges you to learn and grow - Great for people that are ambitious, hardworking, and have a "get it done" mentally.

Cons

- Mid-Enterprise company operating like a start up - Internal processes are very broken, they are working on it... But changes are not happening fast enough. Specifically around billing, invoicing, and staffing for TAM support - Senior leadership may need to change, but I also think they are being overworked. - Constant change. Likely due to high growth.
