Experience management is one of the top 5 strategic initiatives There are cross department benefits not yet fully understood by customers not that hard to implement there is a lot of automation to help customer thrive and get significant financial benefit from this Easy to understand how to go from capture inititives that provide significant ROI and them move to more complex initiatives

just follow best in class companies who organize their teams on a more effective way. sales spending to much time doing activities that they are not well suited for. Lack of time to spend on account strategy, relationship building, protect against competition, protect value and possible increase deal size negptiation, and closing
