+ Some of the best leaders and managers; take a genuine and active interest in employee wellbeing and making sure your voice is heard + Talented colleagues and very support + collaborative environment + Strong product growth and vision; lots of opportunities to grow with the business! + Great benefits and transparent processes around compensation + performance.

Cons

- May not be the best environment for those who shy away from ambiguity/ processes that are a little bit less established. As to be expected for scaling operations! - Things happen quickly, so can sometimes be hard to keep up if you're not on top of your game!

communication between teams sometimes delayed due to time zones - natural as the company is global
