Pros

- Flexible working arrangements / hours / locations - High-Trust / no micromanagement. You're treated like a professional. - Great tech. Slick use of collaboration tools, high-end hardware, and integrations make the admin and productivity easy. - Superb products, and support teams - Favourable brand perception in the marketplace - Being mostly owned by SAP has its advantages - Great colleagues. The recruitment process is very robust, the upside of that is everyone here is smart, motivated, diverse (they really seem to live out an inclusive work culture), and it creates a great place to work.

Cons

Base pay is OKAY, but if you're good enough to get a job here, you could almost certainly get a higher paying job somewhere else.
