Pros

You feel like you were really own the products that you work on. You get to deal with some really awesome technologies and are given a lot of freedom on how you want to work with them.

Cons

It can definitely be stressful sometimes, and being on call is never very fun. It would also be nice to have more paid time off or more salary.

Pros

We work as one big team,everyone is very supportive and more than willing to provide advice and share best practices so your constantly learning and improving your skills.As a result the culture of the company is a very fun and energetic environment with plenty of social activities and events in which we can all get involved and enjoy.

Cons

Due to the fast paced nature and rapid growth of the organisation there is a need for continuous improvement and rapid learning which at times can seem like a lot to take in.
