Pros

Flexibility, perks, job satisfaction, salary, 99.9% of people are lovely and extremely collaborative. You're encouraged to set your own goals and take on projects that excite you.

Cons

Fast-paced environment, which can also be exciting and fun. My biggest frustration is when senior leadership don't communicate priorities or strategic direction clearly (or at all). This means often guessing at what will be important so we can start to plan at a micro level. Then finding out through the grapevine that priorities have completely shifted so you have to start again from scratch and unpick carefully constructed plans.
