Great senior leadership that genuinely cares about the success of their employees. Industry-leading products. Fast-paced environment. High calibre people everywhere. Both the company and employees have great trajectories.

Cons

Like any high-growth company, Qualtrics has had some growing pains but the company works hard to address problems head on and continually improve.

Pros

Wonderful people, awesome product, and great opportunity. Perks include lots of fun swag, food, and top of the line health plan. The culture of success, get it done, and own it is also appealing. If you like high rewards for smart and hard work you will like Qualtrics.

Cons

Initial start up for sales can be slow until you build your pipeline, but they compensate you with other numbers and bonuses that are very achievable.
