But - good to hear your feedback, it shouldn't be challenging due to communication. It should be because we're doing such incredibly different work and are at the forefront of tech.       Great culture - I work with smart, driven, interesting, and insightful people. Great salary package - loads of perks I've never received from past companies/ orgs. Lean attitude - Everyone is driven to do the best work they can, and great ideas are celebrated by Senior Leadership.
