Pros

Opportunities for growth and leadership that you can't find anywhere else. Fun and unique culture (Very Google-like) No earnings-ceiling, potential for a great income Catered lunches Flat organization Great benefits (Incredible offices, paid vacation, health/dential/vision/401k, etc.)

Cons

The sales teams are a very competitive group, so you must be extremely self-motivated, focused, and driven to stand out. You will need to put in more than a 9-5 to succeed at Qualtrics, which is great for some, but wouldn't be ideal for those seeking a set schedule.

Pros

Qualtrics provides a great flex time off of 13 days a year, plus 7 holidays off, in addition to an average of 2-3 weeks off a year for Christmas. When you combine that with that most employees make well over 60k in sales after they have been there for two years the upside is great. Probably my favorite part of the job is how quickly the company is growing giving so many opportunities to grow with them and take on roles that matter.

Cons

The only disadvantage I see is that we only have one office. I would like the opportunity to work for Qualtrics but have the chance to move to other offices for a while. However, I have heard they are thinking about opening other offices so stay tuned on that.

Pros

Excellent products, sweet office, fantastic employee benefits, and a reasonable amount of autonomy. The company is constituted almost entirely of individuals who have graduated within the last few years.

Cons

Has the vibe of a call center. Most reps aren't given opportunities to travel much for sales meetings. The base salary is meager, so you better be a rainmaker or else the paychecks won't be very good.
