Growing rapidly, great people and ongoing hiring , solid company values, open and transparent culture, so much opportunity ahead as growth continues

Sometimes it seems we are trying to do too much at once and it puts a big strain on resources and work life balance

Pros

We work as one big team,everyone is very supportive and more than willing to provide advice and share best practices so your constantly learning and improving your skills.As a result the culture of the company is a very fun and energetic environment with plenty of social activities and events in which we can all get involved and enjoy.

Cons

Due to the fast paced nature and rapid growth of the organisation there is a need for continuous improvement and rapid learning which at times can seem like a lot to take in.
