Pros

- Seems like the pay "used" to be very competitive. Really up in the air now. - Decent PTO. - Nice office - Snacks - Free lunch

Cons

- Mostly putting out fires and bug hunting than developing. - RTO is being pushed. It's being called hybrid but it's 4 days a week in office. Not really hybrid in my opinion. - Change of company ownership. It's caused a bit of churn. - On-call can be a lot. - Work-life-balance is sometimes just work depending on the group your in. - No longer publicly traded. Which used to be a huge factor in compensation. From the looks of it, employees might be hung out to dry.

Pros

Sales ops - I can basically get Solutions to do my job while I collect the check. Pay - not bad, especially with a good patch

Cons

Culture - the most toxic environment I've ever worked in Leadership - no clue what they are doing, especially in light of the SL buy out Sales ops - I am not sure what is happening but the support structure around sales seems to be crumbling. I've heard it's a leader in NorAM who just sucks the energy out of every room and every person and she should be fired but not sure what's going on

Pros

The engineering department is full of great people and I have felt encouraged to grow and learn as a developer, often being offered roles I might not be quite qualified for but that they feel I can grow into (don't worry I'm not left to fend for myself when taking on a growth role). The engineering managers are responsive to feedback and usually not afraid to share their opinions on company wide policies that they don't agree with.

Cons

Since joining Qualtrics I have seen a rapid decline in the company (and by that I mean the executives and others making company wide decisions). For an experience management company the policy makers are surprisingly bad at responding to feedback from their employees and backing up their decisions with data. For the last few company wide policy changes the company value of transparency has felt like a joke.
