- Decent comp - OK (sometimes) wlb - People are nice
Cons
- No exciting product to work on. - Promote path is so dependent on your manager. If he doesn’t want to put in the work, you will just languish with no room to advance. - Perf Review is truly political, and only favored employees get more than meet expectations. - The stock price has been tanking with no real visibility of improvement. - Talented people has been leaving and now the company is hiring average employees.
