Pros
There's actually a lot to like about Qualtrics. I've developed a lot professionally and the day to day working conditions are good. I have a great manager, good coworkers, and there's a free catered lunch every day, a good emphasis on work life balance, and I've made a lot of friends.
Cons
After RTO, Layoffs, a lack of transparency about the recent buyout, and the move to annual promotion opportunities, the direction of the company doesn't look great, to the point where I'm looking for other work.
