Good Benefits, Great People, Willing to promote interally

Cons

Pay below market. If you get promoted, you will be placed at the minimum pay of he job you were promoted to. They will hire in people outside the at the mid range of job pay scale, instead of keeping good employees compensated fairly. Hard to stay with, and expect market pay after promotions.
