      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere with friendly people.

      Cons

      Decisions are made by a very small group of Corporate Executives with very little understanding or input from operating Divisions. Executive pay is increasing at a high rate (check out the proxy for FY2013) while pay for non-executives is not even keeping up with the market (typically no higher than 2.5 to 3 percent per year). Not a woman friendly company, there are very few mid-level managers that are women and NO women in higher level management positions. Communication at this company is terrible. Without communication, the rumor mill runs rampant. A quote from the CEO, "If you don't like it …..you can go work somewhere else."

      Pros

      Good people to work with, flexible schedule, support available for projects, forecasted growth, reward lunches, good pay. Training is available and encouraged when time allows. Overtime available and frequently mandatory.

      Cons

      Having some personnel retention issues that are leading to (or exposing) a sour culture. Released some senior leaders and that has caused issues supporting production demands. Long hours.

      Pros

      The pay was good, the work was interesting and often challenging during the early days. There was a culture that valued people's talents and contributions under David Petratis. His vision was to build the kind of employee focused company for which I wanted to work.

      Cons

      The new CEO has a very different idea of how the company should be run and how people should be treated. Many of us who have left have seen that people are no longer valued.
