      Good starter job for manufacturing

      Good work schedule, decent pay, good starter job

      Cons

      Pay not enough for what is expected as a level 3 operator. Very dusty and dirty environment. Very loud and can effect hearing even when wearing ear plugs. Very hard job physically and mentally. Team work is not a big part of the work culture. Company is looking to employees for ideas on how to run the company better. People are just numbers to Quanex.

      Cons

      Supervisor is a misogynistic racist jerk. Doesn’t treat women with respect, especially those that are smarter, stronger or not addicts or Spanish.
