      Pros

      Quanta computer can provide you a good working environment and career opportunities in Taiwan. You have chance to touch notebook, table, cell phone, server, data center, All in one, IoTs products and world's famous brand companies.

      Cons

      The profit comes lower in PC related industry. Compensation& benefits' competition also going down.

      Very lenient but efficient top manager (C.C. Leung) Stable environment Short work hour (compared with other electronics companies in Taiwan) Better location (compared with Hsinchu) Good welfare In most case friendly people

      Cons

      No long-term product R&D People don't have too much passion on work Not "high-tech" enough (just to myself) Compensation (averaged across employees) is not high but bonus part could vary a lot among people Most people are not very smart
