Relatively high salary for freshmen, good opportunity depends on the team you belong

Cons

The corporate culture is pretty much the same as working in a factory where management team treat junior employees like training animals; new thoughts, creativities, critical thinking are not appreciated, following the rules without questioning them is considered doing the best for company.
