little stress. very stable. Most people are friendly.

Cons

Too many small groups or factions inside this company, and language barrier and multi-national cultures are the two biggest reasons behind that. Spanish speakers, Cantonese speakers, Mandarin speakers, and more minority groups are not able to get along with each other easily. Seniority is another issue.
