      Pros

      Quanta is a great place to work - You learn a lot about different industries (oil/gas, electricity, telecom, infrastructure) - Many opportunities to work in many places across the country - Gratifying work - Free lunches! - Easy commute / quick commute for those on the northwest and west side of Houston - Hybrid work environment with some flexibility

      Cons

      - Difficult commute if you are on the south side of town - Merit increases are slow to come in higher up - High turnover rate currently - Need to be agile in working on projects - Need to be very prepared when speaking to higher-ups
