High expectations but lacks direction and solid management
Pros
Pay was slightly better than competitors in the area. The benefits are pretty good and coworkers are usually a pleasure to work with. Very diverse work group and no discrimination in the hiring process.
Cons
There is a severe case of nepotism and favoritism in the office. There are no internal job postings. Management chooses who gets what. Experience and knowledge mean nothing when someone's family member can waltz right in the door and be next in line for a position. Women are placed in leadership roles but usually beside another man who they must report to. Those who work hard will usually be asked to carry the load while others on the team do just enough to get by. During Covid 19, they fought hard to avoid employees from working from home until they had no choice.
