Pros

Loved my former co-workers, great pay, and great benefits. Work life balance was encouraged. Flexible work schedules, vacation, and sick were readily available. Halloween festivities were a blast.

Cons

It appeared that hard work didn't always pay off. No matter how hard you worked, there was always a fear of being laid off.

15 days PTO, 2 weeks PAT leave, 4.5% 401k when you put in 6%, 10% EOY cash bonus at project engineer, 10% company stock at senior project engineer or supervising engineer and above. In office, hybrid, or remote depending on role. Ample room for advancement.

Cons

Small annual raises. They claim you get a larger raise as you get new roles and move into a new pay band but I haven’t seen that.
