      Pros

      The company is diversified and has held up well through a shifting economy. The explosive growth makes work challenging where you constantly learn and grow in your position- never boring. Values mean something- people and safety are a priority. Very entrepreneurial and dynamic feel.

      Cons

      Not a place for people who are unable to work outside of the box or their specific job description- the organizational growth ensures change.

      This is a great company to work for. This review for glassdoor was supposed to only submit my salary info and yet it wants met to also fill out a review

      none that i could think of. i did not have any problems with management or co-workers.

      Pros

      Growing company with lots of opportunities for professional growth and development. Continued expansion regularly allows for expanding roles and responsibilities for employees ready to step up.

      Cons

      Decentralized nature of the organization can make it difficult to roll out new corporate led initiatives. Quick expansion regularly leads to out of date processes that need to be changed or updated. Some process changes (such as software updates) can take time and be frustrating to employees in the interim.
