Great benefits, salary, well known company, friendly environment, casual dress, encourages employees to be interact and get to know each other.

Cons

If you live outside of The Galleria area, the traffic is awful.

Market salary, average benefits and frequent give aways and company events.

Cons

Long hours with little reward. Very political and perception, not delivery, is everything. Management at all levels seems to be struggling for direction and a plan to grow to the next level. Unfortunately, they lack innovation and can only go back to their old strategies. Employee turnover is high and morale is low.
