Overall company culture is outstanding.

Cons

Sales department treated poorly and regarded as second class citizens in an engineering company. Salary is far below industry standards in digital media. High turnover - cannot maintain successful senior reps.

Good people - across the company there are great people to work with and some of the smartest people I've ever met. Technology - Leading the industry and is making a difference. Good compensation and great potential in the company's future. Great culture and values.

Pros

No limits on the opportunities, we are growing at scale with a product that companies want to use. We get well looked after in terms of a great benefits package and a really good salary & options package. It is the chance to get in early into something that is going to be really successful

Cons

It is such a start up that a lot of the structures are not in place and it is possible to end up doing 50 different things but that is part of the charm of a start up.
