      Pros

      Team is great; focused on building a useful product and demonstrating that value to their customers.

      Cons

      They don't pay as much as FAANG but fully remote and not nearly as many egos to manage :)

      Great people and great place to work

      Pros

      You can work with a group of smart, nice and hard-working people. Also, you have many learning opportunities and are encouraged to do what you are interested in. Work-life balance is great and you may work remotely sometimes. Catered meals and flexible PTOs.
