      Pros

      The company culture is incredibly supportive, the teams are diverse and inclusive, and the talent is top notch. People leaving it would routinely go on to work for top companies like Apple, Google and Facebook.

      Cons

      The company's product and service offerings revolved around quantum physics-based algorithms and machine learning, which always sounded very impressive but it was hard to convey what exactly we did.

      It’s great to hear a former employee speak so positively about Quantifind. There are challenges in bringing such an innovative product to market, but we have hit our stride with our SIGNUM suite. We are always sad to see people go, but if they end up at Apple, Google or Facebook–those options aren’t so bad:)

      Innovative Company with Stellar Leadership

      Pros

      Quantifind is a truly exciting place to work. Machine learning, data science, and custom platform infrastructure are nicely blended together to drive the products that are built at Quantifind. The leadership of the company is stellar. Ari (the CEO) is one example of stellar leadership. Not only is he very approachable and accessible, but he has deep knowledge of data science and signal processing. I would say this is the most passionate CEO for whom I've worked. His ability to motivate the team and ensure that everyone in the organization feels purpose and direction is key to making Quantifind such an awesome place to work. I'd definitely recommend working here.

      Cons

      No real downsides to working here. I guess if I had to make a request, I'd ask for a couple electric car charging spots on the property. :)

      Good Crew + Good Culture == Excellent Place to Work

      Pros

      Staff are sharp and interesting to talk to Engineers are Nerds, not Bros Healthy mix of ambitious young folks and seasoned senior staff Good pay, benefits, work-life balance VP Eng has championed Agile culture, which is a great help to drive work efforts effectively

      Cons

      Office could be closer to Caltrain, but the neighborhood is nice, quiet and sunny
