Pros

Good company environment and good tech-team. The senior tech-team is really awesome and teach me a lot of things. The team is not big, and every one counts inside.

Cons

Not sure if still hiring entry-level software engineer, and the tech team/data science is not clearly defined. Kind of chaotic.

Amazing, smart, caring people. You always feel heard at Quantifind.

Cons

Can be overwhelmed with changes. Hard to continuously produce quality work when engineering and product changes on a daily basis. Though, problems are solved quickly because everybody is "all in"
