      A culture of being curious, respecting each other, being proactively transparent, relentlessly solving problems, and winning together. Delivering frontier AI for real value: combating Human, Wildlife, Weapons and Drug trafficking provides real meaning to the mission of the company.

      - Great people at the junior level - Innovative product

      Cons

      - Federal vertical is a mess stemming from the HOD. Problematic departmental leadership resulting in an unsupportive team dynamic. - No onboarding process or support from leadership to help ramp. - Aggressive workload, often more than what is feasible given resources; expect late nights and texts on days off. - No company culture.
