      Pros

      The people at Quantfind form the best overall culture I've been a part of. They're highly intelligent and inquisitive--they're also honest, hard-working, easy-to-get-along-with people.

      Cons

      So many geniuses, so many great ideas,... I wonder which idea Quantifind will finally focus on and find a niche with.

      Pros

      Quantifind is a truly exciting place to work. Machine learning, data science, and custom platform infrastructure are nicely blended together to drive the products that are built at Quantifind. The leadership of the company is stellar. Ari (the CEO) is one example of stellar leadership. Not only is he very approachable and accessible, but he has deep knowledge of data science and signal processing. I would say this is the most passionate CEO for whom I've worked. His ability to motivate the team and ensure that everyone in the organization feels purpose and direction is key to making Quantifind such an awesome place to work. I'd definitely recommend working here.

      Cons

      No real downsides to working here. I guess if I had to make a request, I'd ask for a couple electric car charging spots on the property. :)
