      - Great people at the junior level - Innovative product

      Cons

      - Federal vertical is a mess stemming from the HOD. Problematic departmental leadership resulting in an unsupportive team dynamic. - No onboarding process or support from leadership to help ramp. - Aggressive workload, often more than what is feasible given resources; expect late nights and texts on days off. - No company culture.

      • everyone is working together with a shared sense of purpose and realized potential • hard work is being recognized • non-biased competitive bench-marking is proving our products are better (much more accurate and much faster), which builds optimism throughout the team • quickly building strong customer partners and industry advocates • ROI has become an easier story to tell, and that helps employees feel confident about the company's prospects for longevity and profitability • continuing to hire extremely talented and skilled people
