1. Good Work, you will learn a lot in Gen AI 2. Knowledgeable team. Good people. 3. Good Tech Managers 4. Good Pay, if you prove your worth

Cons

1. HRs, PMOs, Sales Teams and CnP Partners are not that supportive. 2. Not a good Work Life Balance, you might end up working 10-12 hours almost daily.

You can find projects that require use of latest ML developments, so it's a good place for learning

Cons

Management is haywire - dunno if the company has core principles. Performance review process is broken. Recruiters will try their best to low-ball you.
