They want a steering wheel holder ..treat all drivers no matter how many years experience you have like you don't know what your doing..drive as we tell you how...they don't want you to think for your self do as your told or your not a good fit for the company..micro managed to where your stressed daily. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR. Management knows more and do as they tell you ...no respect.
