Truly awesome!

Pros

3 wks PTO right away and 4 wks after 1 year. Not only popcorn but pretty much any snack you can think of...all free. A colorful environment. Fun people! Jeans every day. QH spares no expense on the year-end party. 401K is 4%

Cons

The exercise room is sub-par. Low starting pay, even with experience and after negotiating. Management prodded reps to increase # of calls and decrease their handle time, which conflicts with the mission of a QH warrior. Opportunities for other positions are scarce.

Pros

Free snacks Unlimited PTO for some positions Many people are very nice

Cons

A healthcare company that is NOT focused on the health of its employees. There are so many unhealthy people in the building, yet QH shoves potato chips and soda down their throats. They say they have an onsite gym, but it's the tiniest room that can't fit more than 2 people. Very hard to prove ROI because we aren't really doing everything we tell clients we do. Staffing shortage throughout the building. Chaotic environment. Everything is reactive and never fully though through. Uptick in terming clients because we aren't proving to be valuable. Lack competitors in technology, yet won't acknowledge this. "Drink the Kool-Aid or get out" mentality. I am confident in saying every department is completely overloaded to the point of ineffectiveness. Below industry average pay. Noticeable decline in customer service. The building is falling apart. The restrooms are horrendous and foul smelling at all times of the day.
