1. Only CRO having operations in Kolkata 2. Small team so you can learn end to end work. 3. Flexible timings. 4. Good hike compared to any other CRO. I can bet on that. 5. Friendly ambience to work. 6. Seniors are helpful.

Cons

1. Canteen should be modified little bit. 2. Rest Room.

No pros, unless you are at a higher lever (Managers/ Project leads)

1. No work ethics 2. No basic facilities (Not even a decent chair to save your back, of course managers have back rest) 3. No retention policy 4. No professionalism 5. Employees get Rs 100 for working on Saturdays and Sundays.

1) poor salary which is far less than market 2) everyday late working hours 3) no professionalism 4) Worst managers 5) no direct clients and you work as 3rd party member 6) no appreciation 7) no canteen 8) no senior members 9) worst HR policy and HR team Don’t ever join this company , you will regret later for sure Till date whoever joined, all are suffering and there is 3 years bond
