You get exposure to an end to end learning and work experience. All the co-worker and Senior people are very helpful and humble persons. the amount of learning opportunities, which we get here are immense. they will teach everything from the scratch, which is a big thing now a days where most of the companies expect to be master of everything.

Cons

one expects some additional benefits and perks if he/she is giving full time work, which are not great here. I hope they will be improved.
