Pros
Very transparent management who seek out opinions and thoughts from entire company. Intelligent and hard working employees that bring out the best in their peers and love cross functional work. Company identity that is easy to rally behind and feel like you're doing positive and quality work.
Cons
Due to the smaller nature of the company and difficulties with the current media climate growth can get limited. The loudest person in the room will frequently come out on top, often to the detriment to the rest of the team and company. Hard working middle managers who get taken for granted until they are gone and need to be replaced.
