Pros

The team members are talented and driven.

Cons

The Quartz mission has shifted in 2019 due to the acquisition and it's no longer the same brand. People are leaving daily, about 25 resignations on the business side alone.

While the company has grown rapidly and we do have sizable business today, the company is still keeping start-up spirit, and everyone are eager for innovation and creativity.
