Individuals are easy to handle and make you want to come to work every day Flexible work hours

Cons

Administration staff are HORRIBLE they are not in tune with what is going on outside of their offices. Very disrespectful and does not know how to communicate with their staff especially the assistant director. This place feels like high school. HIGH turnover

Full-time benefits and some cool coworkers.

Cons

Extremely disorganized from top to bottom. Low compensation. Unprofessional work environment. Promotions based on favoritism and not those who are qualified.
