      Pros

      The team is great and they support each other. Feedback from employees is taken into account and discussed with senior leadership for action. Company culture is one of community over politics. Exposure to a wide variety of industries, products, and customers keeps things fresh and challenging!

      It used to be our old office was a bit dingy, but the new office in Blue Ash is great!

      None at all. Wished I had never come here.

      Cons

      Below average pay, benefits are a joke, and management lacks leadership. Our government can find better, more competent, and above all an American contractor to do the work. This company in NOT an American company. They are run by Indians and they run the company based on the Indian caste system.
