      Pros

      They pay a decent salary and have flexible work schedule. They do a lot of company events and it’s nice to be able to speak to the CEO, CFO if need be.

      Cons

      Some areas of management are completely clueless. They don’t follow their own processes. They waste so much time on meetings about future meetings. No one supports you in making improvements to processes and they are waiting for you to fail.

      Workload is not steady, too much busy work and not enough real work. Too many people sitting around doing 1 or 2 jobs
