Pros

There is always work. "Everybody pees" as our crew used to say. When I first started I thought was gonna quit the first 2 days. But it is surprising how fast you get used to it because it really isn't that hard.

Cons

Just hope you don't get a supervisor who is either lazy or an Uber micro-manager. That will positively ruin your day...or nights (I worked graveyard). Something that should run smoothly can get all SNAFU'd by just 1 idiot in charge
