Worst Company for Employees

Pros

There weren’t any “pros,” but a few things, such as benefits, could be considered “at standard.”

Cons

Terrible management who gossiped non-stop and failed to provide either leadership or training. All departments are chronically understaffed, to the point that some departments effectively don’t exist (HR, facilities, etc). Unethical treatment of minority groups and employees in general, and they will retaliate against people for reporting on it. Below average pay, and generally without raises. Among the few people who work in each department, it’s nearly impossible to find anyone who is willing/able to do their job due to the above stressors. Too many outside contractors / temporary workers that will never get hired as full-time permanent employees.

Pros

The benefits offered are good.

Cons

Training is horrible. The boss is all over the place the training was assured to be great and never happened. I trained with 10 different people and was told I was wrong with each person which makes it confusing. The company is cheap if you want to call it that; if you stay 30 min late they’ll give you 1hr 30min lunch break instead of overtime. No sinks to wash your hands and you share the restroom with the public. Etc. etc. The quest way is not a good way
