Pros
Benefits are great. But benefits are great at other places too. There are no pros at the actual job. People are mean and impatient and treat new people like they’re an inconvenience.
Cons
This is one of the most toxic work environments I’ve ever been in. The people that work there are bullies - not helpful and yell in a different language if you make a mistake. I appreciate diversity, however if you aren’t Indian, don’t apply. There is ZERO on boarding, you have to figure everything out as you go. I went to lunch for a week before someone told me I have to actually punch in and out. There is no training program. Wherever the positive reviews are, I want to go there because my location is awful. I’m questioning whether I want to be in the industry at all any more.
